Road Scholar Application

This form is for students only.  If you are a school counselor and would like to nominate a student for the Road Scholars program, please use our nomination form.

Road Scholars will participate in one of the following overnight programs:

October 28-29
November 13-14
November 18-19

Please review this application and the required documents before starting the application.  You must answer all required questions and submit all documents (if applicable) at once.  This form cannot be saved and finished at a later time.

If we have not already received them from your school counselor, you will be required to submit the following documents with this application:

• High school transcript
• Intended senior year classes

You must be available for the dates of the selected event to participate in this program.
